One of our original sauces… and still one of the most irresistibly good ones.
We took tender young jackfruit and slow-cooked it in rich coconut milk with garlic, onions, fresh calamansi, a touch of chili, and warm curry spices from Negros Island. The result is a creamy, slightly chunky sauce full of comforting flavor.
How to use it
One pouch is perfect for 4 to 7 servings (1 to 3 tablespoons per person).
Simply pour it over hot sticky rice, toss it with pasta, use it as a base for vegetarian curry, or as a filling for lumpia. It also pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or grilled meats.
Warning 
This sauce is so good, you might want a second helping… or even a third.
