We blend fresh alugbati (Malabar spinach) from Negros Island with generous amounts of calamansi juice and zest, toasted cashew, garlic, and smooth coconut oil. The result is a vibrant, creamy sauce with a beautiful citrus brightness and nutty depth. One bite and you’re hooked!
