We took the spirit of a classic Italian cheese sauce and gave it a warm Filipino soul. Fresh homemade creamy cheese from cow’s milk, slowly cooked with honest ingredients from Negros Island — garlic, onions, ripe tomatoes, a touch of chili for character, calamansi for brightness, and fresh basil. The result? A rich, velvety, comforting sauce that turns a simple plate of pasta into something that makes you close your eyes at the first bite.
How to use it
One bottle is perfect for 500g of uncooked pasta.
Just drain your hot pasta, pour the sauce directly on top, give it a good toss, and you’re done.

I personally love it with linguine, but honestly… any pasta will thank you. And because we don’t believe in limits, this sauce is also excellent with garlic rice, toasted bread, pizza, lumpia, or even a simple grilled pork chop.
