Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we’re afraid we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. (Life moves fast, and so does our jam shelf-life!)To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (no “I opened it to smell it and now I love it” exceptions, sorry).

To process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. No receipt = no refund. We’re nice, not magicians.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (yes, we actually open the box and check), we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method (credit card, GCash, Maya, etc.) within a few business days. Your bank might take its sweet time — that’s not on us.

Late or missing refunds

Haven’t seen your money yet? Here’s the checklist:

  1. Double-check your bank/credit card statement — sometimes it hides for a few days.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — they can tell you when the refund is officially posted.
  3. If still nothing, contact your bank — processing times can be slower than waiting for jam to set.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items (discounted products) are final sale and cannot be refunded. (We love a good deal too, but once it’s gone, it’s gone.)

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your jar arrived cracked, leaking, or looking like it fought in a war, email us at lolasgardenjam@gmail.com (mailto:lolasgardenjam@gmail.com) right away with photos if possible. We’ll give you the correct shipping address and instructions. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll ship the replacement as quickly as our sticky fingers allow.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. (Shipping jams is already an adventure — we don’t cover round trips.)If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location (Philippines or abroad), return delivery times can vary — sometimes faster than a jeepney, sometimes slower than rush hour in Manila.For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return if it gets lost in transit (sadly, we don’t have a GPS on every jar).
