SINCE APRIL 2011: THE CHEESE SAUCE FOR PASTA

Lola’s Garden Jam explores this month the world of sauces. For that reason, our first product is a sauce for pasta based on home made fresh creamy cheese. 

The simple ingredients are: oil, onions, tomatoes, chili, garlic, calamansi, salt, pepper, basil and fresh creamy cheese.

Furthermore, from cow milk we made first a fresh cheese. After… it’s a question of time and secrets!

Another key point, this sauce is very simple to use: you only add to your cooked pasta. Above all, my preferred are the linguine but any kind of pasta will be improved with this sauce. One bottle is enough for a pack of 500g of pasta.

Otherwise, feel free to use it with rice, pizza or even a meat like a pork shop. Only your imagination is your limit!
