Dear Friends,

Since many months some friends of us regularly order our home-made jams. We decided to start, at small scale, a regular production of different flavors and you are one of the firsts informed. Our choice is to produce first grade extra jam made with local seasonal fruits and French taste (“pur fruits, pur sucre“). And we will soon propose you rare and original mixing of fruits. Of course, our jams are organic (natural farming constrains…) and without any chemical preservative or colorant.

Jam is one of the great culinary pleasure in this world. Made with the marvellous tropical fruits of the Philippines, jam gives you and your family immediate energy and good mood for all the day! And if the chocolate is the food of Gods (Theobroma cacao), jam is their food complement! More seriously, some fruits have recognized medicinal effects (Guyabano as cancer cell killer for example), tonic effect (Jackfruit pulp), without speaking of all the remarkable virtues of the Papaya or the coconut.
